How to create new family account

Download My Lane App.

Select "Create Account"

Add you details, then select the orange “Add
Family” Button and add your Child/Children. -
Once the Account is created, you can select your
children by clicking on the arrow next to your
name under “Profile”. -
By selecting your child, you can buy and book
per child. -
The System will prompt you to complete your
child’s profile. Please add all details and sign the
waiver before visiting our facility.

How to add children to existing account

Download My Lane App.

Go to your profile.
-
Select “Edit” and then “Manage Account Info”.

Scroll down to “Family” and add your children. Click on “Done” and then “Save”.
At this point the app needs to be refreshed. Once you reopen the app, your children will be visible under “Profile” if you click on the arrow next to your name. -
Select your child’s name and click on “Edit” to
complete the profile and sign the waiver. -
After this point you can purchase and book per
child. Please remember to first select your child
under the “Profile” tab.
